2/11/15 @ 15:12:  Baldwinsville volunteers were dispatched to 26 River Street in the Village of Baldwinsville for the reported smoke coming from the house.  Battalion 4 (BC Roziock) quickly reported heavy smoke from the bridges in the Village.  He arrived less than a minute later, reported heavy smoke showing and gave the signal 99 (for a working fire with mutual aid).  Ladder 3 (FF Corfield) and Ladder 2 (Lt. Harper) arrived at the same time, both laying in from hydrants and began an interior attack.  Due to the heavy volume of fire presented on 2 levels, command quickly made the decision to evacuate the building.  Both aerials were put into service in addition to 5 handlines.  Additional responding apparatus included Engine 7 (Lt. Perkins), Rescue 6, Squad 1, Squad 3, BC 3 (BC Kennedy), Car 1 (Chief Rutherford).  We would also like to thank the responding and covering apparatus for their assistance.
