On 7/3/15 at 10:46 Baldwinsville volunteers were dispatched for a motor vehicle accident with injuries on Rt. 690 in the area of Van Buren Rd.  Car 2 (DC DiGregorio) arrived confirming the updated information of the accident at the North bound ramp of Rt. 690 from Van Buren Rd.  On arrival the parties self extricated and crews from Rescue 6 (Lt. Perkins) and Engine 4 (Lt. Belczak) checked for vehicle hazards and provided scene safety for operating companies.  GBAC handled patient care.  All crews checked in-service within 15 minutes.

 

At 11:27 hours, the Baldwinsville FD was dispatched automatic aid to the Plainville fire district for a reported Signal 80, motorcyclist down at the intersection of W. Genesee Street at Plainville Road.  Baldwinsville Engine 4 and Rescue 6 assisted the Plainville crews.  Plainville Chiefs checked multiple locations and were able to confirm no signs of an accident and returned all equipment.

 

This evening crews also provided coverage for the annual Baldwinsville fireworks display.  Engine 4 handled the assignment.
